I've found myself involved in a Great British Bake Off sweepstake, and my contestant was out first!
Taking inspiration from my surroundings, I decided to make a landscape cake based on one of my watercolor paintings- Rainbow Swamps!🌈 I'm a terrible baker, but luckily we have family staying with us, and Alex was here to lend a hand!
