Due to the size, I can only offer the Extra Large option to Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach area.

The total cost for a large 23x17 inch watercolor house portrait comes to $1375. After payment of your deposit the remaining amount due will be $1100 and this will be requested once your house portrait is complete.
