The Bee and the Biscuit has always felt so quintessentially Pungo to me: warm, welcoming, and full of that easy countryside charm we’re so lucky to have here in Virginia Beach.
As I painted it, I kept thinking about the gentle, dappled morning light catching the front of the building, and that bright yellow door glowing in the sunshine.
It’s a little love letter to slow breakfasts, familiar places, and the simple beauty right on our doorstep.
