I'm excited to announce my original watercolor painting featuring Station 17 in Sandbridge has been made into 100 limited edition prints.
To support their fantastic work, I will be donating 15% of my profits from the sale of the limited-edition prints to Sandbridge Volunteer Rescue Squad, based in Station 17. Donations to the station provide the funds for ambulances, equipment, and supplies so they can continue to provide timely, quality emergency care to patients free of charge. Prints are available from my website shop. Introducing my latest painting featuring the rainbow swamps in First Landing State Park.
Caused by the oils in the leaves of the cypress trees this natural phenomenon can be witnessed on fresh wintry mornings in the park! Capturing the elongated shadows, the reflections of the trees in the water as well as the kaleidoscope of colors seemed initially daunting. It took a lot of planning, many layers of paint and patience....but I have to say I love the end result! The original painting and 100 limited edition prints are now available from my website shop! Last year, I painted a watercolor of Oliver Cromwell in St. Ives. As a playful New Year's joke, I later added a traffic cone on his head. I never expected it to become so popular! It was great to be asked recently for an interview with Canvas Rebel magazine. Here's the link to the interview below...enjoy!
