I'm absolutely thrilled to have delivered my recent canvases and prints to Elgin Gallery. Andrew has a fantastic collection of originals and prints by predominantly local artists and I'm very grateful to have my work along-side such talent. x www.elgingallery.co.uk Pleased to say I have just completed this commission. This watercolour, pen and ink illustration was painted for a Ruby Anniversary gift. The commissioner requested I combined two special places together. I worked from 2 photos to achieve the desired picture. I also like to add little details like the male and female ducks in the river to bring the picture to life.
Thrilled to be a feature in The Northern Scot today!

I feel that over the past 4 years I have found a real identity and style as an artist and what a better time to mark and celebrate this! Thrilled to have just sold my original canvas 'Floating Over Old Sarum' through the brilliant and supportive Amesbury Gallery.
'A strange time for all but on a positive note it's given me the opportunity to celebrate my new home in the North of Scotland and finish a canvas in oils of a Typhoon over Lossie Lighthouse. Now I'm well into a second canvas featuring a Typhoon and the Northern Lights! x
Just finished this painting called 'Dandelions in the breeze' for the wonderful charity Little Troopers. The Dandelion is the official flower of the military child, 'they are ready to fly in the breezes that take them to new adventures, new lands and new friends'.
